TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern your use of Only The Demons: Syndicates, including the website, Discord application, command center, APIs, Global Network, realms, premium features and related services. By creating a player profile, configuring the bot, joining a realm or purchasing a membership, you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet Discord's minimum age in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must authorize paid purchases. You may not use OTD where prohibited by law.
3. Accounts and security
OTD uses Discord identity. You are responsible for your Discord account, connected communities, administrator actions and credentials. Never share a bot token, service key or administrative session. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Service license
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use OTD for personal or authorized community purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, disrupt or create unauthorized derivative services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Community conduct
Harassment, credible threats, hate-based abuse, sexual exploitation, doxxing, fraud, malicious links, spam and attempts to evade moderation are prohibited. Community owners remain responsible for moderating their own servers in addition to OTD's network controls.
6. Fair play and economy integrity
Exploits, unauthorized automation, multi-account abuse, collusion intended to manipulate outcomes, fraudulent trades, chargeback abuse and attempts to interfere with game resolution are prohibited. We may reverse illegitimate activity, remove assets or restrict access to protect the economy.
7. User content and Global Network
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant OTD a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, display, format and moderate it solely to operate and protect the service. Messages placed in a configured Global Network channel are intentionally relayed to other participating communities with display name, avatar, source community, attachments and reply context.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal through the payment-management surface once billing is active. Access normally continues through the paid period. Refunds are provided where required by law or under the final posted refund policy. Virtual items already consumed or substantially used may be non-refundable where permitted.
10. Seasons and virtual items
OTD may reset seasonal currency, territory, rankings and other announced progression. Virtual items are licensed service features, have no cash value outside OTD and cannot be sold for real money unless an authorized system expressly allows it.
11. Enforcement and appeals
We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend or terminate players or communities that violate these Terms or threaten users, systems or game integrity. Serious safety or fraud matters may be preserved and reported. An appeal process will be published before public launch.
12. Changes and availability
Features may be added, changed, suspended or discontinued. Maintenance, incidents and third-party outages may interrupt access. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve paid entitlements and communicate material changes.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTD is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, title or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific game outcomes or permanent availability of any realm.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTD and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed amounts you paid to OTD in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Governing terms
The final business entity, governing jurisdiction, dispute procedure and legally required consumer notices must be inserted before commercial launch. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
